Drugstore chain Etos briefed us to come up with a concept for a monthly internal magazine concept to inform and unite its employees.
The first Jij&Etos was published in the summer of 2010 and distributed to all employees of the 500+ drugstores in the Netherlands. The quarterly publication included product reviews, interviews with management from the head office, store introductions and sneak peeks into the beauty rituals of employees. The growing success of the magazine came from enthusiastic readers who provided us with valuable feedback after every publication, giving us the tools to tailor each Jij&Etos even more to their interest.
