The Royal Dutch Airlines launched the updated KLM travel app in July 2015. To make global travelers aware of the upcoming update, we developed a launch campaign to announce the change and highlight some of the strongly improved features. The campaign included a hub on klm.com, a series of social posts and a short launch film.

This showreel celebrates the longstanding partnership between the carrier and AKQA NYC by highlighting key projects and milestones of the collaboration. The reel serves as a portfolio piece for the design team, as well as an internal tool for new business opportunities to show the agency’s services and capabilities.
Verizon Up - A one of a kind loyalty program
Verizon’s approach to their loyalty program was simple: offer real value in the form of rewards tailored to the user’s interest. The initial mechanics of the program eradicated points and simply granted users a credit for every $300 they spent on their account. The case study video summarizes the redemption experience that we designed from start to finish, and integrated in the My Verizon App. The experience reflects the simplicity the business strived for in the program, with everything the user needs consolidated in three, easy to navigate tabs.
My Verizon Online Transformation - An introduction
This introduction video welcomes users when they first log in to the redesigned online environment. The goal of this short clip is to familiarize users with the most significant changes, introduce (new) key features and functionality and provide a first peek at the new design.
Verizon Prepaid - Updates for Q1 2019
Each quarter, Verizon Prepaid releases a short promo video featuring their updated plans, new features and overall network perks. The video is targeted at prospects in the hope to convert them to new Verizon Prepaid customers.
Maserati - Building brand awareness for the US market
The objective for Italian luxury car brand Maserati is to establish a strong brand presence in the United States by leveraging social media. Tailored, US-based content was created to target local audiences and build a flourishing community of brand enthusiast. In an effort to promote the Levante, Maserati’s luxury SUV, we created a tailored video campaign for the paid and organic channels. Our main challenge was to create three distinctly different videos to highlight the unique capabilities of the vehicle with a limited amount of available footage. The three 15-second videos, the most popular one featured above, were posted across different social media channels and reached +13% higher engagement levels than the previous campaigns.
